How do we pay for our stay?

You can pay for your stay :

  • by credit card: for fast, secure payment on our website
  • by ANCV cheque: to be sent directly to the campsite within 7 days of booking
  • by ANCV chèque-vacances connect
  • by bank transfer: bank details can be found on your booking confirmation
  • If you wish to pay by cheque, the balance is available. For the deposit, please contact us.

Do I need a deposit?

A deposit of €300 (by credit card, cheque or cash) will be required for your rental accommodation, which will be collected on arrival and returned on departure or within 14 days of your departure if no damage has occurred.rnrnA deposit of €20 is also required for the loan of a compost bucket.

Is there WIFI on the campsite?

Wifi access is free and limited to the play area and swimming pool.rnIt is also available and charged for in all accommodation and on all pitches.

Are pets allowed?

We accept pets in some of our rentals (see accommodation page) and on all campsites, for a daily fee per animal (please ask at the campsite). Pets must be kept on a leash, and up-to-date vaccination records may be requested at any time. For their safety and well-being, pets may not be left alone in the rental accommodation.

Do you have baby kits?

While stocks last, you can rent baby kits including a high chair and a cot. Book them directly when you make your reservation or afterwards by phoning us.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

You can pay for your stay with ANCV and ANCV chèque-vacances connect.

Can I barbecue at the campsite? Are planchas allowed?

Yes, barbecues (charcoal, gas and electric) are authorised, but they may be prohibited at certain times, particularly during periods of heatwave. Simply ask us when you arrive.rnrnWhen renting, barbecues and planchas are authorised away from terraces and tables, hedges and trees.

Can you charge your electric car at the campsite?

No, but there’s a fast-charging station about 500 meters away.

How long is Gérardmer by car?

Gérardmer is 12km away, about 15 minutes by car.

Is it possible to book several rentals / pitches side by side?

All you have to do is add a comment to the booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request… However, remember to book as early as possible, as this may not be possible if you book at the last minute.

What are the arrival and departure times for rentals?

Rented accommodation is available from 4pm to 7pm, with departures before 10am.rnrnIn the event of a late arrival, reception may be closed, so please let us know in advance by calling 06 85 19 62 55.rnThe pitches are available from 1.30pm in high season (2pm in low season).

Can I have more information about the pool?

Open from May 1 to September 20, daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The average water temperature is 26 degrees. The pool enclosure is UV-resistant, so we advise you not to use sun protection products.

For added comfort, the side panels can be opened, and the UV protection canopy remains in place.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

Yes, but we would ask you to use bathing trunks if possible.rnrnToddlers should wear nappies specially designed for swimming.
